Join Cape Byron Distillery founder Eddie Brook at Cobbler West End for an intimate evening celebrating the launch of their first Heavily Peated single malt whisky, "Serendipity,".

Tickets are $150pp and include five Cape Byron single malt whiskies, plus their decadent Bourbon barrel-aged Mac liqueur, all paired with mouth watering small plates by Northern Rivers Chef Evan White.

The Whiskies of the night will be:

• Stone Beer Cask Single Malt 46% abv

• Viognier Cask Single Malt 46% abv

• Peated Chardonnay Cask Single Malt 51% abv

• Serendipity Heavily Peated Single Malt 46% abv
