High West Whiskey is bringing a taste of the mountains of Utah to Brisbane for a special four-course whiskey-tasting dinner.

Whiskey aficionados will be transported to the mountains for one night only, with cuisine inspired by the brand’s southern heritage. Join High West’s renowned Master Distiller, Brendan Coyle, at Walter’s Steakhouse and Bar for a special evening of whiskey and great food, and be immersed in just what makes Utah’s whiskey so special.

Each delicious course has been artfully designed to pair with the High West’s different whiskeys on offer, from Double Rye, to Campfire, to Bourbon. Plus, there will be a surprise Whiskey pairing, exclusively from the cellars of High West for this one night only.

  • First course: High West Double Rye
    Gin and beetroot cured salmon - Cured Tasmanian salmon, lemon myrtle and fennel buttermilk, rye crisps

  • Second course: High West Bourbon
    Signature Dry-aged Porterhouse, turnip fondant, yellow carrot, pickled radish, yarrow, jus

  • Third course: High West Campfire
    Walter’s s’more - House-made rosella marshmallow, smoked chocolate ganache, Graham cracker

  • Fourth course: An exclusive whiskey from High West that is not yet available in Australia
    A selection of composed cheeses
