Join us for a unique afternoon exploring the barrels that make Highwayman Whisky & coffee to match which will be out of this world.

We are pleased to be showcasing Highwayman Whisky from Byron Bay, with the mastermind behind these delicious drams Mr Dan Woolley as your host. Dan will be pouring you four of his highly coveted whiskies, with each one matched with a unique pressed coffee from Passport Specialty Coffee. Not only will you have this amazing tasting, but on arrival the team at Barry Parade will be mixing up a Highwayman signature Manhattan using their Treacherous Radicals global blend whisky & extra aged HM Pedro Ximenx to ease you into the afternoon. And lastly not better way to finish all this is off, but with the ultimate digestive. Passport will be serving their famous Cold Brew Soft Serve, next to Highwayman Coffee Whisky.
