If you want to learn the long and fascinating history of gin and how it is made, discover the intriguing techniques and quirky botanicals used in gin production & experience for yourself how these affect the flavour and quality of gin, then make sure to join us at our next gin masterclass featuring Distil on the Hill - a small batch distillery responsible for some of our all-time favourite gins, lovingly handcrafted in the hills of far North Queensland.

The distillery was founded by Neddy & Christian Bedwell, who met whilst working in a beachside restaurant under the tropical palms of FNQ, spending many a night bonding over their shared love of fine flavours. Backed by a strong family heritage of award-winning distillers, they embarked on a mission to create a contemporary London Dry style gin that would stand out from the crowd by combining the undertones of sweetness and spice. Soon, their vision became a reality, with their first batch winning not only the hearts of the locals but multiple gin awards around the world!

So, join us on Wednesday, 22 February, from 6:30 PM, and indulge yourself in an exquisite range of their amazing gins, served neat on ice, and paired with premium Long Rays tonic & soda. And to make it even better, we'll pair it with shared cheese & charcuterie platters to ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
