As Australia’s oldest operating whisky distillery, they’ve been crafting single malt whisky since 1999, staying true to their roots and the breathtaking landscape that surrounds them.
What Stood Out:

When the distillery was established, it was designed for volume and innovation, enabling it to produce some of the oldest Tasmanian whiskies available today, all while maintaining accessible pricing for consumers. Known for its exceptional single malt whiskies and leading peated expressions, the distillery proudly champions its northwest Tasmanian provenance.
The whisky is entirely "distilled and aged" onsite, ensuring every bottle reflects their dedication to quality and traceability. Their bottle artwork beautifully encapsulates the wild, raw essence of the region, from the Tarkine wilderness to the Bass Strait, adding a touch of adventure to every dram.
